We ask for a minimum of 72 hours to ensure we can organise everything correctly and also make sure the correct guide is available. You can also book as early as you want – a whole year if you wish!
Once you have contacted us by email, phone or the quick enquiry form one of our planning team will put together a tour and/or transfers as discussed working around your requirements and set up an account for you. Once you have received your login you will be able to check all the tour details and make sure everything is correct, at this point we will ask you to pay your deposit via the secure site (50% of the full cost). You will receive an email when the remainder of the payment is due. You will be able to login in at any point to check any details of your booking and make payments or ask a question.
If you have to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days prior to due departure, a 50% cancellation fee shall apply. In the event of a cancellation with more than 7 days notice we offer a 95% refund. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to due departure, the full Tour fee shall be payable.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMEX or the balance of the tour can be paid in cash on the day.
Unfortunately all credit card payments are subject to an additional processing fee of 5%.
Because England's weather is often quite chilly, you will probably want to wear or carry a sweater with you when you go out for the day, even in the summer. As for the rain don’t worry we do provide a brolly!!
No you don't have to share a vehicle with strangers, you book the car for your own use.
We don't use mini buses as we pride ourselves on a personal service, our largest vehicle can carry 8 passengers with luggage.
You can have one to eight passengers – the fewer the passengers the more personalised the tour is!!
Yes of course, it's your Tour! We are able to change any of our tours to include any special requirements or particular interests you may have or preferred locations you would like to visit.
Our guides are experienced ‘locals’ who love to share their knowledge in a relaxed and informal way
and who are experienced licensed professional drivers.
We will check your flight and dispatch your vehicle accordingly; the driver will meet you in arrivals holding a sign with your name on. As there is no direct access to the pier the driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal with a name board once you have disembarked from the ship.
Whenever you want. We will be pleased to give you an idea of distances between attractions and how long a journey or tour may take. If you are arriving in Southampton on a cruise, the earliest you may normally disembark from your ship is around 07.00 am. if you have time restraints just let us know and we will make suggestions based on our experience and build the best itinerary just for you.
Complimentary bottled water is provided. When you are planning your tour with one of our team we can recommend tried and tested places to stop for lunch or a picnic hamper can be arranged for you to have at anytime along the way.
Extending a gratuity to you driver/guide is strictly optional.
